Census Bureau reports Johnson population was 1,166 in 2017


Johnson, Kansas had a population of 1,166 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Kansas Business Daily.

The median age was 37, with 53.7 percent of the total population being female and 46.3 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 2,903,820.
