Wichita has 17th highest home vacancy rate among U.S. metro areas

The number of vacant homes in the Wichita area was more than 5,500 in the third quarter of 2018, an 88-unit increase over what it was a year ago, according to new real estate numbers reported by ATTOM Data Solutions.
